Brief Answer:
Tips to manage anxiety as detailed.

Detailed Answer:
Hi again.
Sorry for the late response.

I feel that your Anxiety and panic is precipitating your gastric problems.

Following strategies will help you cope:

Take a time-out. Practice yoga, listen to music, meditate, get a massage, or learn relaxation techniques progressive muscle relaxation.

Limit tea and coffee, which can aggravate anxiety and trigger panic attacks.

Get enough sleep. You can take a sleeping pill like Clonazepam occasionally (prescription drug).

Exercise daily to help you feel good and maintain your health.

Take deep breaths. Inhale and exhale slowly.

Accept that you cannot control everything. Put your stress in perspective: Is it really as bad as you think? A good laugh goes a long way.

Get involved. Talk to someone. Tell friends and family you’re feeling overwhelmed, and let them know how they can help you.

Hope you find these suggestions helpful.

A gastroenterologist will help you to deal with your gastric issues better.

Feel free to ask further if you need my assistance in any way.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
Continue with rabeprazole.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,
I have talked with my gastro colleagues about your condition. That's why it took so long to answer.

As the inflammation is mild, you should not worry much. Surgical correction (fundoplication) can be considered when you have money for the surgery.
It is not of major concern now. There is no risk of cancer for now and you should continue with rabeprazole.

Please keep yourself calm and do not take much stress.

Hope this helps.
I wish for your speedy recovery.
Thanks.
