Brief Answer:
parathyroid fever

Detailed Answer:
Welcome.
I have gone through your report.

Enteric fever includes typhoid and paratyphoid fever.
The test result show that titres for Salmonella typhi which is the causative agent for typhoid fever are low. The titres should be more than 1:160 thus you are not suffering from typhoid fever.
However, the Salmonella paratyphi titres are high for Salmonellla paratyphi a. Thus, you are suffering from enteric infection caused by Salmonella paratyphi.
You need to consult your physician for treatment for Salmonella paratyphi infection. They on clinical examination can ask you to repeat the widal titre after 2 weeks and then decide on the need of antibiotics.

Your widal report may suggest positive test for paratyphoid a fever. It is milder form of typhoid fever.

Hope this helps
Take care.
