Brief Answer:
Require surgery for management

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concern. I have also gone through your attached mri image.
The meningioma is not very large but requires surgery as no medical therapy is available.
The lesion is causing pressure in adjoining tissue too.
Uploading of full reports is required for analysis.
Visit to a neurosurgeon for operation.
The tumor is slow growing and is not an emergency.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
Operation is relatively safe

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
The total duration of operation will be less than 2 hours.
The incision size will be around 3-4 cm on back of skull.
As it is covered by hairs, later on no scar mark will be visible easily.
