Question: dear Doctor ..I am suffering from lumber l4 _ l5 disc disscation . in my my MRI it shows completely black as compare with others spinal discs . I am suffering back pain from last 3 yrs . and scatia also .I am doing regularly exercises. and pain is in control now. but. when the day is hectic or I drive or sit for a long time .pain starts .someone told me to try glucosamine and condroitin sulfate and manganase ascorbate for disc hydration is. plz suggest me to take them or not.?
