Brief Answer:
You can try epidural steroid injection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
There are two options. Firstly you can try steroid injection in spine. It will give good pain relief. You might need multiple injection with minimum gap of three months.
Other option is surgery. MS is not a contraindication for surgery. Your weight anf height is also good. So you can discuss about these two option's with your family.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other follow up questions.
thanks

Brief Answer:
You can try steroid injection

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You can try steroid injection in spine. It is good option for patients where surgery is not possible due to other reasons. For surgery you need to take opinion from other doctors like spine surgeons. Minimal access surgery is also a possibility. In this type of surgery only a small hole can be done for surgery.
