The fact remains that the reports have to be assessed in accordance to the symptoms. If you don't have a symptom of stroke, you can ignore the report. You just need to take precautions.

As for the report -
Venous drainage is not normal. This is congenital and so you can hardly do anything for that. What's more, the venous problem and the infarct are in the opposite side of the brain. So the venous anomaly is not responsible for the infarct.

As for the infarct, many times, it is an incidental finding. There need not be any significance to it unless you have symptoms. In this case you are lucky and you have received a warning. So be careful. The common causes of stroke are hypertension, diabetes, smoking and alcohol, all of which cause damage to the blood vessels. So you have to control these factors.

In case you have developed symptoms, physiotherapy and speech therapy along with anti platelets should help.

I suggest evaluation by a neurologist and the following tests - hemoglobin, cv doppler, echocardiography, ecg, lipid profile and sugars. Avoid if already done.
