Brief Answer:
looks like a suboptimal response

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome,

The estrogen levels show a wide range of variability in women.
However in most cases the estrogen levels increase steadily during the initial phase of the cycle and then after ovulation they drop a little bit. However your ultrasound and the hormone levels are not synchronous.

There was an initial rapid rise in estrogen but you do not show a dominant follicle in the ovary. Also please ask if there is a free fluid in the cul de sac as it indicates an ovulation that may have been missed on ultrasound [ happens rarely] as the progesterone levels are going up. Or another reason may be that the follicles have not yet developed enough [ may be a suboptimal response to clomid]. So please recheck the follicle status for the next few days.

As of now, there is not much that can be done in this cycle if there is no further growth of the follicles.
Please consult your gynecologist and discuss a fresh start for ovulation induction with either gonadotropins or clomid again after a break for a few months. Meanwhile if you have PCOD, diet control weight loss and exercise will help a lot.

All my good wishes are with you. Best of luck.
Hope this satisfies your query.
