What Causes Difficulty In Pregnancy After An Abortion?

Question: Hi, I got pregnent after taking siphene 100mg tablet for 5 days. After 2 months doctor asked us to abort the pregnancy because there were no heart beats. Now 4 months over. After 3 months again we tried and didnt get pregnant. Is there any problem if I take Siphene 100mg this month?

This time period blood is comming as dark brown blood blocks. Is there a problem?

Dark blood is due to old blood coming out during period or it is due to hormonal imbalance.
