Brief Answer:
It can be a conjunctival degeneration

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care magic

I reviewed your history.
The presence of bubble like structure on the white of the eye most probably indicate conjunctival degenerations like pterygium, pinguecula or conjunctival cyst.
Most of them are harmless and does not require any treatment, hence no need to be worried.

If possible do send me a photo of the affected eye so that I confirm the diagnosis and advice you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your question and the information is helpful to you.
