Brief Answer:
in most cases, the cause is not serious but should be assessed

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

This is most likely due to the presence of at least a small amount of blood.

This is called hematospermia and in most persons it is not associated with significant problems.

It is most commonly due to inflammatory conditions of the seminal vesicles or prostate. The seminal vesicles are glands that produce the liquid that helps to make up the semen.

Prostate: (1)infection/inflammation of the prostate
(2)trauma
(3)enlarged prostate
(4)presence of abnormal blood vessels in the prostate
(5)stones in the prostate

Seminal vesicles-cysts

Infection/inflammation of the urethra (tube that passes through the penis) ,can also be associated be blood as well.

Severe uncontrolled high blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease or a bleeding disorder --- are also associated with bleeding

As stated earlier however, in most persons there is no serious cause.

Assessment of the prostate by examination and blood test, is needed. Urine analysis to check for infection may also be helpful as well.

Treatment would depend on the cause found

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
