Brief Answer:
All the blood count numbers are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern regarding your differential count.
Basophil 0.0 is normal. Basophil count has normal range of 0 to 1%. Similarly eosinophil count has range of 1 to 6% and lymphocytes has range of 20 to 40%.

Your total count is 3.9 and the respective individual counts also fall under normal range. So no need to worry at all dear. Just be relaxed.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
