Brief Answer:
Self breast examination will help

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. It’s not necessary that every lump in the chest area is a sign of cancer. It could be a non serious benign lesion like a lipoma/sebaceous cyst.
To help you better please tell me -
1. Duration of lump?
2. Is there sudden increase in size and change in shape?
3. Sudden loss of weight?
You may your self can do breast examination and to look for any lump.Otherthing to look for is enlarged lymph nodes in the axillary region. If required investigation wise mammogram is a very sensitive investigation.
Do not get panic.
Hope this suffices. I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

Brief Answer:
keloid needs to be ruled out

Detailed Answer:
Hi
It's good to see you.
I have gone through your reply carefully and inflammatory cells,?lymph node along with stinting sensation looks to be because of infection.I would like to treat you with few days course of antibiotic like augmentin. You may discuss this with your treating doctor.
Excision biopsy of the lump could be a option. Has Keloid been ruled out as a possible cause?
Going by your reply, you do not have lump in the breast,no loss of body weight? These are good sign.
Wishing you good health.
Take care

As follows

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You are welcome
After going through the whole discussion, these lumps could be-
1.Keloid formation
2.Extra mammary (breast ) gland formation
3.Infection
This needs physical examination to confirm. You may discuss about theses possibilities with your treating doctor.
For health screening purpose mammogram is recommended.
Take care
