Question: i got some blood work and my WBC'S AUTO is 11.3 what does this mean? Also my Triglicerides were at 688 but i was not fasting.

I am so sorry to hear about these results and all the inconveniences this has caused you. Your WBC count is a little over the normal upper limit of 11.0 but this in itself need no further attention unless there is something really wrong that needs to be addressed right now.

The triglycerides are high. I will suggest that you adopt a low fat diet as well as get a full lipid panel evaluation. If these tests have been done, please upload the results for review. Also, exercise, increased fruits and vegetable consumption, reduced alcohol and no smoking are going to help protect your health.
