Brief Answer:
I need further details.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
See, ESR Is a very non specific marker of inflammation. We need to find out what is causing the rise in ESR. Medicine would be based on the cause that has cause this rise.
This high ESR signifies that yes inflammation is definitely there. But cause of inflammation needs to be evaluated. I also see in your report raised Eosinophil count.
I would like to know following to help you better:
1. For what problem was your investigation ordered?
2. Do you have any cough , sputum, or recurrent breathing issues?
3. Do you have fever?
4. Do you have joint pains?
5. Do you have history of weight loss?
6. Do you have history of recurrent reddening of eyes?
7. Do you have any oral ulcers or genital ulcers?
8. Do you have back pain?
9. Do you have any history of Any infection in past including Tuberculosis, Pneumonia?
10. Do you any other medical issues you have or you ever had?
Revert with these details, so that I can help you better in investigating the cause if raised ESR.
Stay Healthy.

Brief Answer:
You require further investigations.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Friend.
There are two possible diagnosis in your case, which are raising your ESR:
1. Chronic Allergic Bronchitis.
2. Musculo Skeletal inflammatory disorder like Rheumatoid Arthritis that can itself cause breathing issues associated with joint pains.
Get following investigations done:
1. R-Factor
2. CRP
3. Chest Xray
4. Liver and Kidney Function Tests including Uric Acid.
5. ANA.

Write back to me with the reports.
Don't take any medications for raised ESR, as I have explained you earlier also, there are no medications for raised ESR. If we treat the cause that is raising the ESR, the ESR will automatically get treated.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.
