Brief Answer:
weight loss

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Welcome to health care magic.

Your thyroid levels are normal. No need to worry.

Your main concern is weight.

Weight loss is needed to regulate periods as well as to increase pregnancy chances. So please loose weight by diet and excercise.

Meanwhile get HSG test for yourself and dementia analysis for husband. Get a transvaginal ultrasound scan done to check endometriosis which cause these abdominal symptoms during periods.

Liver issues have nothing to do with infertility. Don't worry

Brief Answer:
Semen Analysis and HSG

Detailed Answer:
Hi

HSG test is to assess patency of fallopian tubes. Semen ( dementia was spelling error sorry) analysis tests the sperm count, motility, morphology.

These are small and inexpensive tests which rule out majority of abnormalities.

Please see a gynecologist for ultrasound scan as I mentioned earlier. Gynecologist can also prescribed medicines for severe PMS and pain you have.

No pill can replace excercise.

Dear doctor
Currently I am focusing on my higher studies and career. We will plan for kinds at least after 4/5 years. Although I have gained weight, but I feel weakness some time. What should be the right weight for me and what will be the safest mode of contraception other than pills and condom? Is it really necessary to have meal on time? Usually I like to eat whenever I feel hungry. I don't have specific time for lunch/ dinner.
Thanks in advantage
