Brief Answer:
Precautions advised

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam, thanks for trusting health care magic
It is not a very scary report at first and is definitely suggestive of vaginal infection which can be easily treated.
You have bacterial and fungal infection both and thus needs management at the earliest.
Take tablet metronidazole 400 mg three times a day for 5 days and clotrimazole vaginal pessary 200 mg at night inside vagina for 3 days aling with fluconazole as advised.
Use cotton based undergarments and apply condoms while indulging in sex.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Not at all

Detailed Answer:
No dear dont corelate Both these things as HIV and diabetes can cause practically all possible diseases so if anyone has any health issue then treat the issue first and see the response is best rather than label it with rare things seen in dreaded medical diseases.
I hope you have got my point si just relax and take the medication as advised
