Hello and thank you for asking Healthcaremagic.

I am Dr.Endri Katro and I will be answering at your questions.

The urine test that you uploaded shows trace of an urinary tract infection. Red blood cells 2-3 and pus cells 5-6 are signs of infection.

You should consult your physitian to prescribe a dose of antibiotics to get rid of the infection.

Another possibility is kidney stone, but it doesn't explain the presence of pus cells.

Here are some tips to help your body heal faster:
-have plenty of water
-fresh fruits and vegetables
-don't hold your urine for long
-chamomile tea or rose tea
-urinate always just after having sex

Wish you good health.
