What Do These Following Lab Reports Indicate?
Question: I just got my yearly health checkup done. Please refer to the enclosed report and let me know your inputs about the report about anything I need to take care of.
Brief Answer:
All within normal limits except HDL
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Your report was actually within normal limits. The thyroid levels are within normal range now. So is the trigylcerides. However no mention about weight, waist circumference, Blood pressure, pulse rate were written. Vitamin D levels were also not done.
The HDL cholesterol which is considered a good cholesterol can be improved greatly to 45mg/dl. This can be done with good regular exercise, high fibre diet.
So focus on these life style changes with the help of your physical trainer at gym and dietitian on how to choose high fibre food.
Let me know if you have any specific concerns.
