Brief Answer:
Uterine lining adhesions with left tubal block

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
I have gone through your reports.
The CBC and KFT reports are normal.
However, HSG report reveals adhesions in the uterus in its left side near left tubal opening and left tubal block.
Adhesions in the uterus and left tubal block are likely cause of problems in conceiving.
She should undergo hysteroscopy to assess the extent of adhesions and further management should be done accordingly.
Hope you found the answer helpful.

Brief Answer:
can wait for one month

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, yes, the HSG clears the uterine cavity, hence you can wait for one month to see whether conception occurs.
The fertile period is from day 8 to day 22 of the periods.
