Brief Answer:
Need more information

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thanks for the query

It is wonderful that your father's creatinine has come down. It shows good effort from the patient as well as the doctor. It is possibe that 6.3-6.7 mg/dl of creatinine is the baseline creatinine and it might not go down further however to be sure I need a few more details so that I can give you proper information

1. Is he a diabetic or hypertensive?
2. Please let me know the list of medication he is on
3. If possible attach the ultrasound report or type the kidney size written in it
4. Was there a diagnosis made by your doctor as to why the creatinine went so high, for example, urine infection, uncontrolled sugars, etc

Please get back to me, I am awaiting your reply

Regards
