Brief Answer:
it is in the pre diabetic range

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

When checking for diabetes, blood sugars can be classified as normal, in the pre diabetic range or in the diabetic range.

Pre diabetes- the person is not a diabetic but is at risk of becoming one in the future.

Your fasting blood sugars are in the the pre diabetic range . Fasting pre diabetic blood sugars range from 5.6 to 7.

This reading would classify you as a pre diabetic but this would need to be confirmed by the HBA1C.

Fasting blood sugars can be influenced by the meal the night or evening before but this would not affect the HbA1C.

A HbA1c between 5.7 to 6.4% would confirm pre diabetes, higher than this would be diabetes.

If the HbA1C is normal , it would mean that the fasting was affected by food or drink ingested in the hour before the test.

If it is also in the pre diabetic range then lifestyle changes can prevent or slow down progression to diabetes.

Lifestyle changes involve a change in diet and physical activity.

Diet changes involves: (1)reduce carbohydrate intake and increase the use of salads, vegetables
(2)reduce the use of normal sodas or fruit drinks- diet sodas or drinks can be used

Activity- increase in activity where possible

I hope this helps , feel free to ask any other questions
