Brief Answer:
Findings may suggest altered lipid profile and urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your wife's findings may suggest altered lipid profile and urinary tract infection.

She may need tablet atorvastatin. It helps in controlling elevated lipids.
She should modify her diet.
She should avoid saturated fat and take lot of fibers in diet.
She should go for brisk walk regularly.

Urine analysis findings may suggest urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by excess WBC in urine.
She need proper clinical examination and routine investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test.
She may need urine culture and sensitivity, ultrasound of abdomen.
She may need to take antibiotics based on culture and sensitivity report.
She should drink plenty of water.

Crystals are also normally found in urine.

Mildly elevated eosinophil may be due to allergy, worm infection etc.

Other findings are normal.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.
