What Do The Following Test Reports Indicate?

Question: Please see my attached report and advised based on the values what are the precautions, I should be taking to reduce my sugar values.

Went through test reports attached-
Your HbA1c,
Hemogram,
Amylase & Lipase
Renal Function - eGFR, Urea, Ceatinine & other parameters
Live Function- Bilirubin & Liver enzymes
Iron Profile
Thyroid function
Are within normal limits there is no need to do anything extra for that.

In lipid profile Tryglycerides on higher side but it may not require medicines follow low fat diet and regular exercise.

Considering your history of hypertension (Blood pressure problem) continue current medicine (Tab Telpress CT) with regular follow up with your treating doctor.

I may suggest to do ECG & 2DEcho of heart.
