Brief Answer:
Vitamin D and triglycerides need efforts

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for asking

I read your question and i understand your concern. Lets discuss your reports one by one.

1) HBA1 c of 5.1 % is pretty normal and so is blood glucose of 100 mg / dl which is normal and rule sout diabetes.

2) Your total iron, iron binding capacity and transferrin saturation is normal too, so no worries for that.

3) Your liver functions tests are also normal, slight raised bilirubin of 1.77 and ALT of 57 is not worrisome, it is significant if the value is at least double the normal limit.

3) Vitamin D is low. and should be supplemented with both medications as well as UV light exposure in dusk and XXXXXXX timings.

4) B 12 and thyroid hormones are normal as well.

5) Blood smear and count of different cells is normal and slight variation is normal and nothing to worry about.

6) Cholesterol levels are normal. Triglycerides and low density lipoproteins are slightly high and needs diet lifestyle adjustments, avoiding of trans and mono unsaturated fats , reducing fats intake, regular exercise and BMI less than of 25.

Nutshell. slight low vitamin D levels and slight hight trigyceride levels need diet and lifestyle adjustments and easily manageable. Rest every thing is in normal limits.

I hope it helps. Take good care of yourself and don't forget to close the discussion please.

Regards
Khan
