Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome back on HCM!

I carefully reviewed your uploaded ECG records and would explain that they are quite normal (no heart rhythm abnormalities, no ST wave changes, no cardiac conductance abnormalities).

I don't believe that the chest pain is cardiac related and also I am sure that your cardiac stress test is going to result quite normal. And if my opinion is confirmed by the normal results, there is no need to perform any other cardiac tests.

What I would like to emphasize could be summarized as follows:

1- Check your thyroid function as those palpitations and your tachycardia, coupled with excessive anxiety may be an expression of increased hormone levels (probably you should adjust your actual daily levothyroxine dose).
2- Is the chest pain modulated by body movements or respiration, coughing or digital pressure? This would be indicative of a musculo-skeletal pain, including costochondritis.

You should discuss with your doctor on the above issues.

I remain at your disposal if you have any other uncertainties!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri

My opinion as follows:

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Regarding nonspecific ST wave changes, it means that the predefined ECG machine diagnosing algorithms can not detect conclusive criteria for concluding any known pathology on your ECG recordings.

So, you shouldn't worry about this terminology, as it excluded any serious cardiac related ECG disorders.

Not rarely, this ECG patterns are present in quite normal and healthy individuals.

I can not find any other test reports besides your ECG recordings (only one image).

Can you please re-upload again if you have any additional tests? I would be happy to review them for another second opinion!

Regards,

Dr. Iliri

Brief Answer:
Your loop recordings show nothing abnormal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

Your loop recordings show nothing abnormal. Just an episode of atrial tachycardia, which can be related to anxiety.

But there is nothing to worry about!

Let me know about your blood lipid profile, when you will be able to upload it!

Wishing all the best,

Dr.Iliri

My answer as follows :

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for reuploading!

I am glad to confirm that your blood lipid profile is perfectly normal, which means that you have a low cardio- vascular risk.

Besides, your HbA1C levels are within the normal ranges, which means that you don't have diabetes.

Your complete blood count and vitamin B12 levels are perfectly normal.

Your kidney function tests are perfectly normal.

Finally, your TSH levels are within the normal ranges, which means that your thyroid hormone levels are balanced.

Coming to this point, I would conclude that anxiety seems to play an important role on all this clinical scenario.

There is no need to perform any additional tests as your symptoms are not cardiac related. I am sure that the cardiac stress test will result normal too.

Hope to have clarified your uncertainties!

Wishing all the best,

Dr .Iliri
