What Do Skin Growth On The Vaginal Opening Indicate?

Question: I have recently noticed I have skin growths around my vaginal opening; they seem to be large and I'm worried about out what it is. No itching, burning or discomfort. I'm 39 and have four kids; youngest 8. Please tell me the best way to send you a picture. Thanks.
