What Do Seizures Despite Taking Keppra Indicate?

Question: I am taking 500 mg of Keppra and 100 mg of Lamotrigine in the morning and 750 mg of Keppra in the evening. I have had no seizures for several years with that dosage. Starting last month I have had two seizures. Should I have the same dosage in the evening as in the morning?

if the creatinine clearance value is above 80 then there will be no problem in increasing the morning dose of keppra to 750 mg
