Brief Answer:
OK / Nothing important / Follow up after 2 to 3 months

Detailed Answer:
Hi friend
Welcome to Health Care Magic

The report is NORMAL – for all practical purposes
Urine analysis / Liver Function and Kidney function – all normal

HDL is good cholesterol – higher, the better. Your HDL-C is a bit below normal
There are subdivisions of cholesterol – LDL, HDL, non-HDL and so on.
LDL is bad cholesterol – lower, the better.
In the absence of any other risk factor 100 is ideal for LDL-C. Your value is 99…
Keep your weight to normal / even a little less
Quit smoking, if you are a smoker
Do regular EXERCISE – say walking or jogging - 30 minutes a day / at least 5 days in a week. Isometric exercise (like bull worker) is bad.
Avoid saturated fats – coconut oil, palm oil, butter, ghee, full cream milk...Avoid junk foods in particular – French fries have palm oil / Pizza has cheese / XXXXXXX sweets are made in ghee.../ Change to Poly-un-saturated oil – like sun flower oil. / Include Mono-un-saturated oil – Olive oil.
Repeat the test in 8 to 10 weeks.

Monocyte is a bit below normal / no concern /varies widely and may be normal if repeated…
TSH is borderline (0.# on the higher side) / other parameters of thyroid function are normal. no concern / nothing to do

NO CAUSE FOR CONCERN / REPEAT sensitive TSH, Differential blood Count and Lipid after 2 months… / NOTHING TO DO NOW /

Good luck
God bless you
