Brief Answer:
Bacteria can be seen normally also.

Detailed Answer:
HI

Thanks for choosing Healthcaremagic.

Presence of bacteria in urine can be seen normally also due to contamination while collecting urine sample. It holds significance if there is any fever , abdominal pain or burning sensation of urine. Do you have any of these symptoms?

ESR of 15 is a mild elevation , can be seen raised in many conditions like viral fever, urine infection, inflammation, arthritis etc. There is nothing to be worried about that.

Kindly let me know if you have any of the above mentioned symptoms.

Regards.

Brief Answer:
It seems like Urine Infection.

Detailed Answer:
HI

If burning sensation of urine is there , it may indicate Urine Infection . But in that case pus cells in urine would be more than 5 . ( Just presence of bacteria in urine doesn't confirm urine infection )

I recommend you to drink plenty of water and take more of Citrus fruits. If burning sensation persists or fever comes then get a Urine Culture sensitivity test and revert back with reports.

Hope this information was useful to you.
Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
