Brief Answer:
Nothing alarming to your liver. No need to worry and be rested.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

I have gone through your query and understand the concern.

Your SGPT-105 and SGOT-83 are slightly elevated but they do not have any clinical significance especially in the absence clinical symptoms.

Serum SGPT and SGOT are highly sensitive liver function tests,so they easily be be raised following fatty meal or even few alcohol drinks but NOT in your case since you are not alcoholic. They will come down to normal by themselves within few days.

So,there is NO need to worry about this slight elevation of LFTs as your other tests like ALP,protein and serum bilirubin are within normal limits.

However, you can take tab.Udilive 300mg which is a liver enzyme supplement after consulting to your doctor.

So,be rested and there is NOTHING alarming like your liver damage and there is no extra measures/precautions since your BMI (height weight ratio) is also within normal range which is around 25.

You can continue 45 minutes daily walking and continue with all your medications as prescribed by your cardiologist.

Hope this helps.Let me know if you have more doubts.

Regards,
