Question: my mom sugar level is 345 right now? i am very worried, what to do ? she is 46 year old.

There is a need for detailed physical examination and investigations like-
- Complete Blood Count.
- HbA1c.
- Renal Function Test including Urea, creatinine, electrolytes.
- Liver Function Test including Bilirubin, liver enzymes.
- Urine examination including ketone.

Depending upon above test results & physical examination there may be need for insulin treatment.
Better to consult near by diabetologist immediately.
