Brief Answer:
Please, seek medical consultation!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry t hear about these yellowish eyes and the dark urine. These symptoms together are concerning for a possible obstructive jaundice. This occurs when bilirubin is unable to flow into the intestines freely. As a result, it overspills into urine(causing urine to be dark/yellowish) or deposited under the skin. With the color of bilirubin being yellowish, this explains the symptoms observed.

I will suggest that you get evaluate. A fully medical examination followed by a laboratory assessment at minimum of bilirubin levels in blood and urine. These initial tests would shed more light on this and guide further investigations for diagnosis and treatment. I will suggest that you start with your primary care physician and referrals would be made as the case warrants. Drinking a lot of water alleviates the symptoms but, would not be able to treat the underlying cause.

I hope this helps. I wish you well. Thanks for using our services and feel free to ask for more information and clarifications if need be.
