Question: no bowel movement for7 days have given enema,3 alophen laxative which 5mg of bisacody each, stool softners , no stomach discomfort, not hungry,10 lb weight loss what is causing this problem

Abdominal ultrasound, abdominal x-ray and blood work should be done. Colonoscopy should be scheduled.
