Question: I have Polycystic ovarian syndrome. lately ive put on a lot of weight, granted i am on abilify. tonight my ankles are swollen and i have some abdominal discomfort and feel pressure near my vagina and anus. i feel nauseous too.

Yes abilify will cause weight gain.It can also cause constipation and abdominal discomfort leading to pressure near anus and vagina.

Nausea is also a side effect.
