Brief Answer:
stop taking isabghola

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. It can be due to intake of isabghola with water everyday. So I will advise to stop taking it. Istead take lots of fruits and vegetables and lots of fluid and add pappaya to your diet for constipation. There is no harm in taking albendazole as the dose is 1 tablet stat, to be repeated in 6 months. May also add tablet rifaximin 400mg twice a day, this I found very useful in my patients with loose stool may be for 2 weeks. I hope I have answered your query and this wil help you. Wish you a good health

Thanks for your answer.

I had a few queries though, shall I continue my current medication: Zincovit twice a day and Neurobrin forte injection?

Also, since I am not suffering from diarrhea but only watery stools once a day.I only pass stool once a day that is mostly water and very less actual substance.

Would it be safe to take rifaximin 400mg ?If it needs to be taken, when should it be taken?I am married since last one and a half year with no kids.

Brief Answer:
Rifaximin is safe

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back.

Since you are deficient in Vitamin B12, you should continue with Inj Neurobione forte

Zincovit contain multivitamins along with Zinc which helps in regeneration of intestinal wall so continue it till diarrhoea is resolved

Rifaximin is to be taken 400 mg twice a day 2 hrs apart from meals. Yes it is safe as it it is mild gut antibiotic and has no systemic absorption.

I hope I have answered your query and this will help you. If you dont have any further query then close the discussion and rate the answer. Wish you a good helath
