Brief Answer:
Mild congestion in maxillary sinus.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Eustachian tube block or mild congestion in eustachian tube along with mild block in left side of nasal sinuses could be the cause.
2. Steam inhalation will help in decongestion. Need to do it twice daily.
3. If there is any cold, then additionally, decongestants along with antihistamines will be necessary. If not, steam inhalation to deal with mild congestion will help.
4. Nothing else other than steam inhalation necessary for now. Twice daily for 2-3 minutes should be adequate.

Congestion could be due to air pressure variation like driving or temperature variation like cold climates, etc. Not to worry.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
