What Causes Variation In Blood Pressure Level Between Arms?

Question: i AM 85 and in robust health.... sleep well ..eat v healthy .. v rarely get sick not even a cold. Have had kidney stones but that is better now w herb chanca piedra.
blood pressure self- taken w wrist machine (left)is generally normal ( 127/78), after meditation or hiit workout.
But last few months
right arm is SOMetimes same but frequently higher say 142/77 please suggest reasons

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Mild variation in blood pressure between arms is normal. Upto 20 for systolic and 10 for diastolic is acceptable normal. It is due to variation in blood vessels in both arms.

2. Main reason, all hospitals check in same arm is to maintain a same standard across all days.

3. HIIT workout at this age is excellent, continue it. Continue with usual diet. For your age, upt 140/90 is normal in resting position.
