What Causes Uterine Lining Of 4.6mm While On Progynova After Miscarriage?
Question: Hi I had miscarriage on march 18, 2015 and d&c in april13, 2015 pregnancy is cause from ivf now I am on progynova but uterine lining 4.6mm what can I do to help me

I would like to know the day of the cycle when this thickness was measured and if you took any ovulation induction drug so that I can advise you better.
But in general to increase the endometrial thickness we increase the dose of progynova and add sildenafil vaginal pessaries along with that.

Then this thickness is very less and thus chances of implantation are low but still discuss the addition of sildenafil vaginal tablets and increasing the dose of progynova with your gynecologist and act accordingly.
In case the thickness still stays suboptimal then can cancel the cycle and do it in next one with higher dose of progynova.
Cervical stitch is not mandatory in all IVF pregnancies and depends on cervical length and internal is diameter.
