Brief Answer:
You need to have certain tests.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i'd advise you to consult an Urologist and carry out following tests ;
1. urine routine and culture.
2. Uroflowmetry.
3. blood routine, creatinine,sugar and LFT.
4. ultrasound scan-KUB,with P.V.R. assessment.
According to these reports, the doctor should be able to arrive at the cause for the symptoms, and advise proper treatment.
Some patients may also need a cystoscopy test, after seeing the reports.
You may contact me with reports, for an expert opinion.
Drink 8-10 glasses fluids daily.
Wish you well.
