Brief Answer:
Long periods of medications certainly affects bone density .

Detailed Answer:
Hi i am Dr Ahmed Aly
thanks for using HealthcareMagic site ,
I had gone through your question and understand your concerns ..

I hope you feel better soon but actually antihistamines especially those with steroid components are one of the most causing agents of osteoporosis and thus decrease your bone density and thus makes your bones more liable to fissures , fractures and compression or impression marks on your vertebrae and even on your hip and knee joints as they are very commonly used within your normal daily activities .
In addition to your antidepressants medications used for a long period may cause abnormalities in hormonal and metabolism of food and nutrients and interfere with your bone blood supply of your bony tissues .
In my point of view if your blood results are within normal ranges so certainly your medication plays a main rule with your bone condition .
