Brief Answer:
Answer given below

Detailed Answer:
Hi there,
Thanks for posting your query.
I am Dr.R.K and I am pleased to assist you.

The fatty liver is due to high triglycerides and alcohol intake. It will resolve if you control triglyceride levels and stop drinking. You can take either allopathic or homeopathic medication. There is no need to take both.
Get a liver function test done to see if fatty liver has resulted in any damage to the liver.

As far as the other symptom of undigested food particles in stool is concerned, it could be probably be due to irritable bowel syndrome.
You can take Librax twice a day for relief.

Let me know if you have any more questions.
Regards,
Dr.R.K.
