the movements come and go. but it also does include only right eye twitching as in the eye lid area. it is like a head twitching.

Possibilities are hemifacial spasm, blepharospasm or partial seizure.
Get examined by a neurologist.
Brain imaging may be required. EEG in case of partial seizure.

I had one a few yrs ago and it was differential diagnoses. small vessel aschemic Diease. vasuculitis or demylimintaing plaque. but nothing was done at that time. I have had eeg done and nothing was found for seizures
