I have a feeling you're using CITALOPRAM, ELAVIL, and then, Migrabeta. Those are appropriate medications for the condition you describe. What might your question be at this point? Brief Answer:
Withdrawal symptoms vs. side effects.

Detailed Answer:
Of the medications you mention the one which most frequently causes difficulty sleeping and jittery feelings is the Elavil and that's either as a side effect or withdrawal effect (not sure from your answer exactly which thing is going on in your case). It also be a combination between the Elavil and the citalopram.

What you really could use is a physical examination so that the doctor can see what the tremors look like since medication induced look different from other types. Please inform your doctor of these side effects. They will know the best thing to do for your particular case.

In my patients I will typically ask them to suspend the offending drug and either replace with a similar one from the same class that typically has less side effects (in this case I would say Nortriptyline would be one of the better options) or just try something completely different. Again, it really depends on the exact reason for which you are taking these in the first place. If the Elavil is for prevention of migraines then, there are many other agents that may be just as effective with many less side effects.

The doctor who prescribed these medications for you will know the best choice in your case.
