What Causes Trapezius Spasm?
Question: Hi! Ihave been facing a tightening sensation on the right side of my neck as i tilt my head towards the left shoulder and when i place my hand on the right side it feels like there's a swelling but its not visible..its like a knot..i think it appears to be in the upper trapezius(neck region) and a dull ache near my collarbone region also.. This has been over a month now..

I have done the mri and other blood tests which reveals early degenerative disc disease with mild diffuse posterior bulge of C4-C5 to C6-C7 discs causing minimal thecal sac indentation
And the blood was with vitamin D deficiency for which i m already taking medicines
The thing that is bothering me is this swelling or bump whatever it is..
