Brief Answer:
Hi

Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Noted your concern.
You seems to have heavy periods associated with cramps. The back ache is most likely to be part of heavy periods itself. The tiderness could be because of blood loss. You should get few blood tests done like clotting time, bleeding time, CBC, Thyroid function test . You should also meet a doctor as soon as possible to find out the reason behind heavy periods and for giving medicines to arrest heavy periods. Heavy blood loss will cause anemia and that is not good.
