Brief Answer:
Nutritional deficiency.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to be due to nutritional deficiency, possibly vit B12. Possible neuropathy.
2. Hope you have no fever and the symptoms are present since a short period. Anxiety commonly can present with these symptoms, however, as your are ignoring, it maybe not anxiety related.
3. Adequate rest and hydration along with vit B12 supplements is necessary.
4. Also get a complete hemogram with a thyroid hormone profile if symptoms do not subside within 2-3 days.

Need to have a nutritional diet. Adequate rest. If you have any other symptoms, presently or in the recent past along with history of any diabetes or hypertension, do get back. Also if possible get back with medication list.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
