What Causes Throat Infection Along With Cough?
Question: For the last three months or so I have noticed that people around me cough or have through irritations. I have been to see my doctor but he says he has never heard of this condition. I am very certain that I cause people to cough as this happens even if they do not see me or when I enter a room. Please could I have your thoughts around this issue. I have noted through online research that a number of people have the same problem.

As i understood according to the history you explain when you contact other people they cough??
In respiratory sciences in my knowledgement there is not any such prescribed diseases and as a result a treatment too.The reflex of cough is an objective one and it can not be triggered by only by watching. Only pneumoalergens mainly or the triggers fron the inner airways due to several infections may be the cause and this is not your case.
This might be a functional disorder of your cognitive sensations that you are experiencing regarding to other persons.
If you were my patient i would recommend you to control your lungs and if everything is ok than consult a specialist of the field (neurologist probably) to talk about it.

I have read that this reaction from other people may be caused by toxins released by my body due to gut bacteria. Is this possible?

No this is not absolutely possible fortunately.
Bacterial toxins in all cases are released in blood streams not in the air in order to be contagious for the others.
