hi thank you for the query I have gone through your query and under stood your concern... I felt like you have been suffering from rectal tenesmus ,it is related to lower GI tract disorders... tenesmus is characterized by incomplete defecation and experienced as in ability to empty the bowel at defecation..associated with involuntary starining and patient anxiety as well.. it is due to both infective and non infective causes irritable bowel syndrome inflammatory bowel disease diverticular disease and coeliac disease...seen also in infectious causes like shigellosis amoebiasis whip worm infection so Mr.. I would suggest you to see a gastro enterologist and evaluate it completely for the above mentioned pathologies of lower GI tract...and In my opinion you have been suffering from irritable bowel syndrome which is a functional disorder which often exists with head ache like symptoms hope I answered your query thank you regards DR Alekhya
