Brief Answer:
You need evaluation...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

This is not typical symptom of urine infection. However urinary tract infection cannot be absolutely ruled out. You need to be evaluated further to know the cause of pain. An urine routine examination as well as ultrasound scan abdomen / pelvis post void need to be done to identify possible cause.

I will suggest you drink plenty of fluids and use pain medication in the meantime. If pain doesn't resolve, further treatment will be based on test results.

Hope this answered your question. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
