Brief Answer:
Only Surgery will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Young man.
Thanks for your query.

Read your history, I am a bit confused.
Did you get this problem of swelling 3 years back or now?

If this is for now, release the pressure on the scar. Remove the bandage or anything you have applied on it.

Do you mean to say that the scar is bad ?
There are no medicines to remove this after 3 years.
You can post a good quality photograph here with this question so that I can help you more.
Consult a Surgeon or a Plastic Surgeon in your area to get this removed.

Your another question is :::Just want to know, will this created any issue in future is not... Yes , this can create issues in the future. The scar can have problems and you only said this is not looking good, so to get this removed for aesthetic reason.

Brief Answer:
Injection of steroid can be tried.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for your feedback and response.

This may cause a problem of not looking good, otherwise in these three years the scar has now settled. There is not going to be another problem.

Yes, only surgery is the answer after a gap of 3 years.
Other therapies can be tried like injection of steroids by your Doctor, The injection is given in the scar. IT is bit painful but helps in most of the cases. If a Doctor in your area is ready - you can try this too. It is to be taken into the mark / scar.
